What a load of b******s, of course it's not illegal to wear headphones. Anymore than it is to wear a phone headset in a car or listen to the radio.

Not that I'd bother, because for any sort of sport riding you need to hear the engine. Otherwise you will end up on your ear,lol, you often hear the loss of grip a fraction before you feel it. Buy anybody who does serious miles on a bike will still wear ear plugs anyway or end up deaf.
