Who's spreading rumours? Rumours usually only start spreading when people are misinformed about something. People are trying to UNDERSTAND the disease, some are probably wrongly understanding it and your construing that as spreading rumours.
When some people are being given Tamiflu and some are not, the media reporting deaths from the disease, the NHS helpline being 'overloaded and unavailable' and even the Swine Flu leaflet saying to phone your GP, there will only be ONE outcome!
You can blame the overloading on the ignorance of the general public, or you can blame it on not enough CORRECT information being given out. Personally I blame the latter.
