It basically boils down to two things:

1) Flavio upsets all his number 2 drivers.

2) Flavio upset Max Mosley.

It mirrors quite nicely the McLaren spying scandal from 2007:

1) Ron Dennis upset one of his drivers.

2) Ron Dennis upset Max Mosley.
