Stick with BT the competition are worse for pulling stunts like that. I remember NTL charging for calls that went through to an engaged tone and someone I new was trying to get through to a quiz show so was constantly phoning to try and get through, think the bill came in at Ł50 or something like that, ouch no refund aswell.

Moral of the story, better the devil you know.
