My BT direct debit has rocketed in December. Apparently monthly payments weren't enough to cover the bill!
Same thing happened with the gas/elec. Next bill showed an overpayment so they then promptly reduced it!!
Think I might pay the whole amount each time. Staying with BT though. As someone says better the devil you know. Have to say, when I did have a problem (lightening spike), they sorted it out. (and sent me two routers...but thats another story!!)
