1. Download an FTP program such as Wise FTP. (http://www.wise-ftp.com)
2. Once installed, find out Account, Profile Name, Server Address etc from your hosting company.
3. Connect to that site through the FTP software.
4. Upload your files to the correct folder (Htdocs or something similar) making sure your home page is named index.php/html.

Done.
