Why not let him use your account? You can control it using the parental controls in the settings. If not, then best thing to do is make a hotmail account as kudos said. The ps3 really is only good if you can play online =) I'm having great fun with mine, but the wireless keeps mucknig around, so think i need to hardwire it, 20metre ethernet cable! lol
