Simple, give them back 1000bhp V10's and put them on cr&p rock solid tyres. Less grippy tyres will reduce cornering speeds and increase braking zones, equalling more overtaking. Forget who can 'manage their tyres' and get the best MPG, this ain't Le Mans!

Stop slowing them in a straight line, make them so powerful they're a nightmare to get power down, and watch them skate into corners on granite tyres!!!
