Looks like a mid 1950's Maserati 250F, as most famously driven by Fangio. He used to wear a helmet that the lower half was made of leather, and often raced wearing an ordinary shirt with rolled up sleeves. Tyres were by Pirelli, who used to have trackside advertising, as did Energol, Shell, etc but I don't recall seeing stickers on the cars in contempory pictures.
