Moonfruit is great for getting full featured websites up and running with no (or little) HTML skills. It allows you to be build a site using Paypal "Buy It Now" buttons but also Paypal Storefront and Amazon affiliate widgets.

It's certainly the best website builder out there at the moment but it does cheat a little. Rather than generating an HTML page, it generates Flash pages that are crawlable by search engines. It's still the best in the business though.
