While bad driving may have arrived with bodywork, before my time, it doesn't help the current situation which seems to be going from bad to worse.
It's really not very difficult to solve this problem though, I do it nearly every day, when my sons picks his nose or jumps on the sofa, he is told to stop, if he does it again he is punished. If I didn't do this he would pick his nose constantly and use the sofa like a trampolin.
Same in karting, it would only take a little effort by officials to deal with the problem and the cycle would be broken.
Furthermore, while karting in France has its faults, taking short cuts across curbs and contact passing is simply not tolerated, so it rarely happens.
