Hey all,

I know there are some techy experts on here. Basically my brothers netbook has crashed, it says there is a curropt file on bootup and only gives you the options of starting windows normally, in safe mode, or with command prompt.
He is sending it back under warranty to be fixed but there are a number of photos on the HD he would like to try and save first. Is this possible?
