clean with fairy liquid out - it contains degreaser, use with water, spong, cloth, or soft scrubbing brush.
If you have worn through the leather paint you can recolour it with dye/reconnollising. Some paint companies provide this in a spray can - its a little easier than body repairs - check the net.
re moisure it with leather conditioner.
