The old ones are the best....

Went to the dentist this afternoon....

"I need three teeth removing"
"Ok sir, that will be 800 pounds"
"(Gagging) WHAT???"
"Nurse and Anaethatist in attendance, no pain"
"Er, can we cut it back a bit.....no nurse?"
"Well sir, I suppose we could, but you could experience some pain.......that would be 500 pounds"
"Hmmm.....what about if we get rid of the anaethetist?"
"Well sir, that would reduce it to 150 pounds, but without anaesthetic the pain would be excruciating. I really would not recommend this at all"
"No, that will be fine......"
"Book the missus in for next week"
