He would be arrested, tried and convicted under the rule of law. The comments made by most here (e.g. he killed the victims, we should kill him) would give the more correct analogy of: Man rapes your child so you rape his child. I don't think you would agree with that? Nor would I hope you agree with the similar: Man rapes your child so you rape him.
