i renegotiated my o2 contract last week

i had been paying Ł10.50 for 300mins of call and unlimited texts (and 1mb of data). I wanted a smart phone so needed more data.

giffgaff offer unlimted data, 350mins and unlimited data for Ł10.

I mentioned that to o2 and now i get a Ł5/month loyalty discount.

so i now have the same allowance as before with 100mb (option to go to 500mb for Ł3 extra but will see how things go). and i get that for Ł8.50. (12months contract).
