I don't know about them but I'm giving RTL (a german tv channel) a test tomorrow morning. They claim on their website to be showing a live feed of all the practise sessions, qualifying and the grand prix.

Step 1 - go to http://translate.google.com/

Google translate will translate a website in a foreign language to the language of your choice. This makes it a doddle to navigate your way around a foreign website.

Step 2 - copy and paste this link into the google translate box http://www.rtl.de

Step 3 - click the blue translate button (just above the box on the right)

Now this will load the RTL website but all the text has been converted to english. Now just navigate your way to the formula one section and all is revealed.

I will be watching the coverage on there and listening to BBC Radio 5 live for the commentary.
