It's nothing to do with Red Bull, it's to do with the fans complaining. Nobody wants to see drivers coming on the radio asking their team whether they should defend for position or not and nobody wants to hear the race winner only pushed up to 90% for most of the race.

The way it is at the moment, we are not going to see much true wheel to wheel racing on circuits like Barcelona and nobody wants to watch races like that, unless you like watching chess and snooker...
