I'm going to disagree with you on this one Ian. Racing on kerbs isn't the same as drink driving, which is illegal and therefore excluded from your cover. An insurer is expected to have a good understanding of the activity they are covering. Voiding a racing policy because drivers used kerbs would be like voiding your car policy because you listen to the radio.

So we can all rest assured that using kerbs isn't going to bring down the sport any time soon.
