Best stuff I ever found is Putoline CERAMIC Lube.

(The ordinary Putoline is a bad as most of the others.)

It doesn't go everywhere except on the chain.

It's fairly 'dry', doesn't 'fling' and so long as you spray the bottom chain run on the inside, spraying away from the clutch and do it when you come in, so that it has time to 'tack off', it's Lubbly Jubbly.

I found Rock chain lube to be THE most wasteful and expensive stuff I've come across.

It goes EVERYWHERE except on the bloody chain as it foams up and drips on everything.

At a whopping Ł17.00 for the big can, it's wrth a big miss.
