In terms of the driving part, all the examiners are really looking for is SAFE driving at a reasonably competitive pace. They will time you and you have to ensure that you are within x% of the competitive lap time. If you can avoid it, I would try not to use the kerbs as you are not looking to wow people with astonishing lap times, just show a good working knowledge of racing lines, and the big three - smoothness, accuracy and consistency.
The rest is fairly basic, checking you know all the flags and so on.
