What's in fuel?

That is in terms of performance for the cheats.

We have no control fuel in our class(French Honda Minikarts), despite racing at national level the only checks involve occassionaly changing suspect fuel and watching the lap times come down!!!!

It's therefore clear that many are cheating with fuel, so my question is. What are they doing and how much edge can they get.

I have no intention of joining them to beat them, so to speak, and my lad still wins more often than not anyway, but it would be nice to know what I might be up against.
