You need to be a member of one of the myford lathe groups, or at least the model engineers forum who have lots of people who can help you.

However, if the assembly is stripped, cleaned and the pulley secured onto the sleeve with a slight smear of low-strength Loctite all will be well."

If you have what appear to be grubs, they are probably roll pins hopefully not tapered, which you can just tap through with a drift. Obviously, if they are tapered you can only push them 'out' the way they went in. (so look if one side seems bigger than the other)

Mind you, I am surprised you need to dismantle the pulleys to fit a drive belt, are you sure it isn't meant to be a link -belt
