Actually I was incorrect as the driver in question is Italian. But as a rule here in France, influence is everything and that includes getting away with virtually anything on the track, if you have influence. This guys father runs another kart track in Toulouse, so nobody saw the incident.

The last coming together his and my son had was when he turned in while my son already had half a kart length past on the inside. For that incident we got a 5 place penalty. As a direct result of that we started to video races, but even then they refused to view it!
