Thinking of it logically, colder fuel will mean denser fuel... so for a given volume you will have a greater mass of fuel. So you'd be running richer with cooler fuel for a given jet and needle position, as the volume of fuel coming out of the jet is fixed but the greater density means more mass of fuel is coming out of the jet.

Does that make sense?

Once the fuel is in the engine I have no idea what difference colder fuel will have, but i'd think that the 15 degrees colder it initially was would soon be of no significance as it will have heated up alot by the time it flies out of the jet, mixes with the air and goes into the engine.

So in conclusion, it might make you run a little richer.
