Well.....

The first bit would be for you to buy a damned TRIPOD!

Hand-held is a DISASTER and tripods are CHEAP. You'll get a MUCH better video that MAY be usable as EVIDENCE!

Even a 'monopod' would be great!

For years, I have owned a miniature French one called (I think) "trois pieds dans la poche" and it is invaluable in many 'snapshot' situations. The 'head' swivels so that you can place the feet against your chest and steady the camera even if you can't get it reach the 'ground'!

If you ever need the 'group' photo, with ALL of you 'in it' then it is, again, brilliant!

Buy one! Then you will be able to PROVE who was cheating!
