No Capitals = 7/10
Grammar and spelling = 5/10
Concepts= see me afterwards!

That was special pleading for YOUR car! It would do little of nothing to reduce fuel consumption.....

For example: How, in GOD'S name, would making NEW cars more expenseive (higher taxes on new cars and NO taxes on OLD cars encourage manufacturers of NEW cars to be more efficient??

PS. I wasn't aware that USING capitals HARMED them! I give these lazy-layabout capitals a PROPER workout to get them FIT!
