Im sorry Ian I simply do not agree!

There was no forcing 'wide' Lewis was simply having a look up the inside (is that a crime? I cannot see a rule against it) forcing Massa into an ERROR in running wide (one of the main sources of overtaking these days - intimidating the driver infront into an error, creating a gap). Lewis had the corner, took the racing line (can be seen from the onboard footage) was cleanly infront of Massa going into the left hander of the chicane. Massa then took to the GRASS when he could have easily kept it on the black stuff and simply drove towards Lewis's rear wheel! How is that a 'racing incident'?

Did you even look at the footage? PLEASE look at it again and take my points into account. Its hard evidence in the form of a video! Unless for some reason I am given a different video to everyone else.

The Lewis vs Massa (Fuji) / Lewis vs Kimi (Spa) moves were totally different, both times Lewis was attacking from behind, at Spa he went around the outside - lack of grip on Kimi's part or intentional side swipe - whatever the opinion Lewis was squeezed and had to take action to avoid an accident. On sunday at Fuji Lewis went down the inside of Massa - because Massa ran wide - its plain as the nose on my face (not saying I have a big nose, just that there was no contact, Massa was not overtaking around the outside he simply made an error (probably looking at Lewis in his mirrors and ran wide all by himself!) Lewis took the racing line (nothing illegal about that?) Massa proceded to TAKE TO THE GRASS then POSITION HIS CAR towards the BACK OF LEWIS'!!

The 'difference' between Spa and Fuji was at Spa Lewis AVOIDED an accident (and at that point Kimi was still in the hunt for the championship) whereas at Fuji Massa CAUSED an accident, physical contact between the two cars, there was a collision that was TOTALLY Massa's fault. There is the 'Consistancy' difference between the two incidents. Actual physical contact, the avoiding and the causing of an incident!

Lewis (probably not the best action) has stated his opinion that Massa deliberatelly hit him. While I dont think this was the best action he could have taken - from the video footage I think he has a very strong case! Not that any action can be taken against Massa, I too share his beliefs!

I have given the video source - the same one we saw live, even the timings - PLEASE have a look at them because I cannot see any wrong doing from Lewis - even in the build up, he is totally entitled to 'attack' into a chicane! However I can see ALOT of wrong doing with Massa's approach to the corner, taking to the grass and pointing his car at the back end of Lewis' to pitch him into a spin.

To me, there was something very Schumacher esc about it, the thing that ENTHRILLED me was that Massa WAS punished for the incident, had he just let Lewis go he would have inherited the position back because Lewis had stupidly ruined his tyres at the start! At that point Massa ruined his own race.

I agree about the start, Lewis made a stupid manouvre - he's not denying it either! That was unfortunate for Kimi but that was very much a racing incident! The only person Lewis impeded there was himself. Kovy was the 'reason' Kimi had to run so wide, so why punish Lewis?

I agree with the Webber / Massa move, in Webbers defence im not sure he was expecting Massa to take to the pitlane. Never the less he was at fault for weaving, I just dont understand why Massa didnt drive down the outside of Webber. Given the state of Webbers tyres Massa could have outbraked him all day every day!

As for the Bourdais incident - all I can say is if Lewis had been in 9th and benefited too would there have been a penalty imposed? My instincts tell me no!
