Hi love a new karter, idle screw often been over tightened check it's lifting slide, lug inside carb needs bending back, tick over not needed on track. Kart will choke it's self when running on stand, need's track to clear don't clear on stand, revving on stand just rattles bearings to bits. Clue to crankcase seal gone is oil coming up pulse pipe. Battery needs to be fully charged ignition constantly drawing while engine's running. When you get to track ask the guy next to you to look over the kart, most are helpful. I'm often at bayford on a friday don't know if this is your local track, just come and ask soon point you in the wrong direction Regards James 07826 235409
