Rob, I have no idea who told you ' only committee members allowed' as that is definitely not the case.
Only speaking from my personal experience but the times are published and if you actually turn up as I did earlier this year you are met with a friendly and open welcome. I was told it's actually nice that someone other than the committee has turned up.
Not sure what you mean by new people aren't interested in juniors or seniors as it's actually the complete opposite. I certainly hope so as we're in the last year of cadets and I'm hoping my son carries on in juniors next year.
Hopefully we will see you at the Agm this Friday and I'm sure you will be made welcome.
