Might I respectfully suggest, Rene, that you re-read. Admittedly, for absolute clarity I suppose I might have added the word ‘also’. Of course it’s by far the biggest kart show.
As for those shutters coming down: No matter when that ultimately happens, the closer the country gets to that cliff edge, the lower the pound will go. No doubt great for your sales revenues generated at the kart show when translated into sterling, but anything other than good for buyers here of karting equipment or pretty much anything else.
‘Open to the world (but closed to foreigners)’ is an interesting, if perhaps questionable, business model. Then again, I guess the real meaning is ‘Open to foreign money, tax free’.
