I wasn't too sure about the following excerpt from the ABkC 2017 News Letter when I read it when it was first issued.

'MSA has submitted its consultation document to
government re the Vnuk insurance issue, depending
on outcome of insurance for motorsport
competitors this issue could curtail our sport.'

This episode kicked off in Slovenia when a TRAILER knocked a farm worker off a ladder.

Now as far as I know the duty of insurance under OUR Road Traffic Act would only require insurance on a vehicle adapted solely for use on a public road or driven in a public place. Karts aren't adapted for road use.

Do we let the EU ruin everything? I forgot, we're leaving but it's a more important issue apparently.
