Hi All,

I have a question re. bleeding my easykart brakes. Original non-floating caliper (Silver One). THe kart has been stood on it's bumper for a few years but got the engine and everything else sorted fine. Stripped the caliper down, cleaned up and replaced the pistons, seals, and brake pad screws. Pads have loads of meat on them so left them in.

Start to bleed the brakes using the tower and get fluid out of both bleed screws. CLosed off the valve on the tower and there is some pressure in the pedal and the brakes do work but not very firm, plus I can hear some air from the caliper. No fluid though.

Am I doing something wrong? And here is some daft questions.
1. Do I take the bleed screws completely out and when fluid comes out put them back in?
2. would the caliper have perished after being sat on the bumper for a few years - brakes worked fine before then.
