This is all MSUK stuff.

Track licence - this shows the circuit meets minimum MSUK safety standards

Permit - this is the document that "authorises" an event under the MSUK rules and dictates what level licence you need

Insurance - when you sign on at MSUK events you are covered by their third party liability insurance. This does not necessarily cover you for personal injury unless you can prove negligence on the part of MSUK

Before you rush off to your local IKR event it would be useful to check their track safety standards and insurance level, because the MSUK standards don't apply to non-affiliated tracks and events.

Whilst I appreciate MSUK is the Great Satan on this forum, their background work has meant high safety standards are an accepted part of our sport. It would be inconceivable now to race on a track marked out with oil drums for example, and that is thanks to their work over the years. .
