Tyre debris removal with hot air guns is alive and well Ian.

Nothing has changed because it was a daft rule and I think everyone apart from the mincers have silently agreed to agree, it's ok!

Find me an official who doesn't secretly agree it's daft, everyone I've spoken to thinks it is.

Making a mockable rule IS a mockery and in a sensible society, you will find it being ignored.

Getting stupid rules removed is far too difficult because of the standard of person you are up against so why waste precious time on it?

Perhaps you have spent too long in a rule infested environment to be able to see clearly.
