i originally had test sheets which had camber/castor, toe, tire pressuers, sprocket, jetting, carb number and type, engine number, front and rear width and now that i think of it basically everything from tosion bars to spark plug. now tho i have an alfano astro so i download all the information off of that and then fill in the chassis set up sheets on the software.

basically record everything from the weather conditions to how much traffic there was although if your just starting out just record the basic things.
