Latest 'local word' is that it is currently drizzling, not snowing - this is helping melt the snow. Main roads are pretty clear, local roads 'passable'. With no more snow this can only get better. I have arranged with the Chairman (who will be leading the clear up operation) to get updates phoned through to me tomorrow, which I will post here on this site as it is far easier to keep updated than the HKRC site with 'live info'. I will start a separate thread with these updates - so keep checking!
