Is.....

Take the steering wheel off.

Undo the bolt which afixes the 2 nassau pannel brackets to the black plastic steering colum.

Slide the black plastic steering column part up and off the column and turn it around and place back on the column, this brings the angle way down and MAY be suitable for you over an angled boss....(and costs you nothing)

You MAY then need to lightly bend the bottom steering mount which holds the bottom of the column, attached to the front of the frame to release the tension by doing this may cause.

We always run this position.
