As fronk says it takes 2 mins and costs NOTHING! you only need to undo ONE bolt, remove it turn the column bush up the other way replace (and tighten!) the bolt and you have your new position.
OTK chassis have 2 holes in the mount so this gives a choice of 4 possible positions.
Take care to check your tracking afterwards as any large movements will alter your toe settings as the column angle changes, but only slightly at trhe bottom.
