Look.... let's just drop it. Accept that I was trying to be HELPFUL to you. It may not have been the way you wanted to be told something but it WAS done for the nicest POSSIBLE reasons.

I did note that you only wanted answers about X or Y.... how about if one of us knew of a CHEAPER and BETTER data-logger with better sofware? It might not be the answer you had ASKED for but it might be an even BETTER one... should we REALLY simply answer 'Yes' or 'No' when we KNOW there might be a BETTER answer?

It's a bit like the classic lawyer's question: "answer the next question Yes or No: Have you stopped beating your wife?"

Just take it that I was trying to be HELPFUL to someone who appeared (maybe wrongly) to be a BEGINNER. An please not that I don't mean that being a begginner is a NEGATIVE thing.

Anyway.... as I said.... I HONESTLY wish you good luck in your endeavours. You will probably be quicker than I ever was, anyway!
