94. Any Driver leaving the track more than twice, for whatever the reason, may be excluded from the race.

Where a Driver consistently drives with a wheel off the track or leaves the track, this may be deemed driving in a manner incompatible with general safety and the Driver may be excluded from the race at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course.


As can be seen from the above this matter is "at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course" so that is the end of the tale.

However I must say that I cannot see the lap record being valid as this should NOT be at the discretion of the C of C.
