Not saying what you're saying or quoting is incorrect but IF there is a new ruling or variation to an existing reg/ruling whatever they're referred to, then surely the governing body/series etc should announce this via a formal channel rather than with respect, a 3rd party coming on here and saying 'this person said that etc'

This forum can be fraught enough without stuff like this.

As I said, if what you say is correct which contradict with Graham's comment - then it should be made clear at which point I am sure lots of people will pile in with their comments.

If it's not then you've just pointed the finger at 2 senior officials within S1. Perhaps they or Neil would come online to put this to bed?
