I'd definitely try bring your rears out atleast 20mm (if its not the cause, youve only wasted 1 session), if it improves then experiment and find the perfect position for the conditions.

Remember, currently your kart is quite stiff, therefore it can't flex as much. I'd say there is a great chance that this is the cause.
