There shouln't be any problem - you will need a pair of Honda engine mounts and the rear sprocket will probably need replacing with a smaller one, as two strokes rev much higher. When you are replacing it, remove the axle and move the sprocket carrier into the correct position.
If you post on here the location you are planning to use the kart I'm sure someone will be able to help you out with the gearing (probably something like 20 on the clutch and, with a single GX200, a low 80 on the back.)
