waved yellow, im fully aware of a marshals duty, ive been one for the past 8 years and continue to marshal all over the country. however i disagree with you on one point, it IS the marshals responsibility to spot incident, i agree their first priority is for track safety and the safety of the drivers but their second job is to look out for driving standards and assist the clerk in dealing with them. problem is marshals cant spot everything, especially in karting. i like the idea of the cameras, it takes the problem of spotting incidents away from the marshals and stops the whole, did you see my lad being taken out problem in parc ferme. i still think they could do with a cctv camera at turn one too
