I had driver training very early on when i was just getting to grips with msa circuits and my TKM and to be perfectly honest it went in one ear and out the other. I've been racing on and off since then for about 3 1/2 years and its only now that i'm looking for that last second that i feel it would be of real benefit so i'm looking into getting some again.

Only my opinion but if youre brand new i'd say just spend your cash on getting as much time in the seat on proper circuits as you can and getting your setup knowledge half decent, then as you get quicker maybe think about about some coaching. Ben.
