I am confused and would like some "considered" views from possibly some CoC's out there...

It appears that if you get Excluded from a practice, heat or race, that you automatically get 4 points on your license... Is this always the case? and is it being applied consitently?

I was looking at the Super1 results from Shenington and it appears that one driver got excluded for being underweight... the rules state that 3.5.1a&b wont apply for technical infringment, but that doesnt seem to affect the 2.1.7 requirement for 4 points on license for exclusion from race...

am i confused?
