Points application applies for specific driving and behavioural offences only, listed in the early part of section C. Don't have the book to hand as I'm at work and it is at home..

There are absolutely no criteria for putting points on licences for technical offences.

HOWEVER, this does not preclude some Championship penalties being applied for tech offences, which will be contained within the championship regs.

Hope this is clear enough.
