The other day I mentioned to Tillett's that I had cracked my P1 rib protector. On both sides the kevlar panel had been damaged. Steve told me that though they had changed the design, they still had the Kevlar panels in stock, so send it in for repair.

I put it in the post on Thursday afternoon and got it back this morning, Saturday.

I am more than impressed. And the Kevlar panels seem thicker too, though that might be my imagination.

We often complain about poor service from various people, so I think Tilletts deserve applause for getting it right.

(I'm also told the new rib protectors do an even better job than the old P1, so I'm saving up for one.)
