We are not doing S1 so this does not affect us but I would imagine that most drivers/parents will be more interested in being able to tell friends/relatives/school mates etc when they can be seen on TV than some silly theoretical viewing numbers. The TV coverage will probably be more of a boost to the S1 image than a major draw for sponsors. As for the original post being removed I believe that this part referring to viewing schedules or number of viewers is a valid point. However the rest of the original post was,in my view, an unacceptable attack on the guy behind the filming/coverage and should have been removed.
